INDIAN WEDDING IN TUSCANY

Borgo Pignano is always a splendid choice. Recognized as one of the most beautiful locations in Tuscany, it has long been a magical, almost enchanted place. It was here that Anusha and Joel chose to celebrate their union with friends and family last October—a perfect blend of cultures, personalities, and perspectives on life. As the saying goes, it was the perfect fit.

The two-day celebration kicked off with the mehndi ceremony, an intimate gathering for the women, who came together in a vibrant display of colors to honor the bride. Following this, one cannot be in Italy without indulging in a delicious pizza! Despite a light drizzle that briefly interrupted the festivities, everything turned out wonderfully in the end.

The next day, as if by magic, a brilliant sun emerged, making our lives as vendors much simpler. The celebrations began with the Haldi ceremony in the garden, followed by a quick brunch—just enough time to savor the Tuscan countryside before rushing to prepare for the Indian ceremony, which was followed by an Italian cocktail hour and a wedding dinner under the stars.

It was an intense yet magnificent two days!
